Are 1-on-1 emails sent through a clients mailbox if that's linked or through Prezly infra?

Everything is going through prezly infra now, also 1-on-1s.

Are duplicate email addresses detected across person and organisation contacts?

Currently no.

But we should be able to detect this in the future and ask the user whether the merged contacts should be a person or organisation upon merging.

Re-subscribing contacts

It happens people unsubscribe accidentally.

Possible reason for accidental unsubscribe

  • They send a campaign to themselves. But from their local mailbox they forward the email to some other contacts out of their address book.
  • Spam filter following the unsubscribe link (less likely, since we added a confirm through JS on that page)
