Setting up your account.

You need to make sure you have a few things set up before you can start using Hubspot fully:

  1. Connect your Prezly mailbox.
  2. Install (if you use gmail) the extension OR add the BCC / forwarding addresses to your address book - https://app.hubspot.com/sales-products-settings/3467149/bcc . So you can easily track email conversations you have with prospects. Hubspot doesn't automatically pull in all conversations you have (this is a planned update though)
  3. Add your personal cell phone number to your Hubspot calling (so this will be your caller ID) : https://app.hubspot.com/sales-products-settings/3467149/salestools/calling
  4. Create a meeting link (handy for sending prospects to for scheduling a meeting). This is independent of the demo booking which doesn't work thourgh hubspot. https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/3467149/
  5. Connect your Google Calendar to Prezly (via the integrations) - https://app.hubspot.com/integrations-beta/3467149/all-integrations . This will automatically pull in meetings you have set up with a prospect in Hubspot.
  6. Add your email signature - https://app.hubspot.com/user-preferences/3467149
