Contact avatar on newsroom and story
The contact avatar will be displayed on newsroom and stories. But this is based on 2 preconditions:
The story contact or newsroom contact that was added needs to be through the autocomplete selector (feeding details from the contacts). Otherwise the contact won't be linked with a contact_id
The avatar needs to be manually uploaded (not automatically discovered). Since we don't want to automatically display and avatar from a twitter for example which wasn't verified first.
