Prezly is a small company, that's fine, but we're ambitious. We want to achieve rapid growth and global expansion.

Now (end 2017)

  • Onboard the new employees, ready to go in 2018
  • Focus on existing deals, leads.
  • Focus on upsell existing and churned customers.
  • 130k+ MRR
  • Sell more year plans (more upfront cashflow)
  • No new features, sell the existing (and recently developed) features

Short term targets (2018)

  • Restore our MRR net growth to 5% or 15% quarterly
    • Restore Inbound lead gen
    • Further expand on prospecting and outbound activities
  • Nail messaging in sales process, shortening sales cycle
  • Focus on enterprise segment in key markets (US, Germany, China, Australia) - 100k+ / year deal
  • Further scaling of the marketing, sales and CS team:
    • Teams get clear targets
    • Experienced team leader who pushes his/her team forward
  • 3.5 mio ARR end of 2018
  • Become a clear challenger in the market to existing PR software and existing Influencer Relation software.

Long Term target (end of 2020)

  • 15 mio ARR
