Handling demos

Demos that are booked on www.prezly.com automatically end up in HubSpot. All demos can be filtered out by using the custom filter Inbound source with the value demorequest .

All demo properties, meeting status, qualification is done on a Contact level, not on a Company level. When a demo is created, it will be associated automatically with a company. But the company doesn't need a priority (for qualification) or a meeting status. Qualification of a contact can be dependent on the function of that contact within the orginisation. So it's perfectly possible to register multiple demos with people from the same company.

Qualification

Mostly done by Jesse, so in most cases qualification is already done.

Demos come in unqualified and can get a qualification of low, medium, high and hippo depending on how relevant Prezly is for the contact and his orgainsation.

Doing a Demo call

  • meeting created
  • Research the company
  • Make a note during the call, writing down requiremenents, make this note sticky
  • Do the necessary enrichments (see screenshot below)
  • Create deal and/or proposal
